由于转子高速旋转所产生的高切线速度和高频机械效应带来的强劲动能，使物料在定、转子狭窄的间隙中受到强烈的机械及液力剪切、离心挤压、液层摩擦、撞击撕裂和湍流等综合作用，形成悬浮液（固/液），乳液（液体/液体）和泡沫（气体/液体）。

从而使不相溶的固相、液相、气相在相应熟工艺和适量添加剂的共同作用下，瞬间均匀精细的分散乳化，经过高频乳化泵的循环往复，得到稳定的高品质产品。

各种规格的机器都是在相同的转子速度下工作的。提供所有保护型电机，包括防爆电机。工作压力达16bar，平均工作温度为120°C，在处理高粘度物料时，提供前置泵。EDL1000系列具有自我清洗功能。符合CIP/SIP要求，*,*的表面质量。

It is a device for the process of efficiently, rapidly and uniformly bringing one phase or multiple phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). In general, the phases are immiscible with each other. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase.

Due to the high tangential speed and the strong kinetic energy brought by the high-frequency mechanical effect generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the material is subjected to strong mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact in the narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. The combined effects of tearing and turbulence form suspensions (solid/liquid), emulsions (liquid/liquid) and foams (gas/liquid).

In this way, the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase can be dispersed and emulsified evenly and finely in an instant under the combined action of the corresponding cooking process and appropriate amount of additives.

Machines of all sizes operate at the same rotor speed. All protected motors are available, including explosion proof motors. The working pressure is up to 16bar, the average working temperature is 120°C, and the front pump is provided when dealing with high viscosity materials.
